Adopt a School

The Message has set a goal for our missions teams to visit every secondary school in Greater Manchester in the next 5 years.

We want every pupil to hear the Christian message in a language they understand but also have the opportunity to connect with a local church. In the past 20 years we have visited just under half the schools in Manchester, but we believe that with your prayer and support we can see many more doors open to partner with both schools and churches.

So we are asking you to join our vision and to ‘adopt a school’. This simply means you are committing to pray for that school, its teachers and pupils. You can adopt the school that your children attend or can adopt the school that is closest to your house or church. Whatever your reason, once you sign up, we will send you information every time that we make any contact with your adopted school.

Your adopted school may be a school that historically we have struggled to hear back from or book a week with and your specific prayer could make all the difference. We will let you know when we are sending a pack, visiting a teacher to discuss a week, or doing a week of lessons.
