Reflex delivers high quality accredited courses and support to young offenders in custody across the North West.

Also mentoring ex-offenders, statistics have shown that the Reflex programme reduces the rate of reoffending within the first year of release from 62% nationally to only 11%. Over the next few years the aim is to have a full-time team at each institution.

The Hon Mr Justice Mark Hedley has said, ’The work of Reflex has been instrumental in helping young offenders break the cycle of crime in their lives and realise their true human potential.’
