After many months in the studio Twelve24’s Better Words EP has arrived. The EP is our direct response to what we experience in schools every day of the week. As we hear songs being sung in corridors and chat with pupils during lunch breaks, one thing is becoming painfully clear. The music and messages that are coming through tv, radio and media are full of negative words that cause young people to doubt and question their value. We want them to hear better words.

These are just a few lines from hit songs of this year which inspired us to write The Sex Song (check out the lyrics). Better Words cuts through a music culture full of sexually explicit lyrics and relentless pressure to be cool and fit in and instead speaks Better Words, God’s words.
