    For this role, we are seeking a real ‘people person’ with a contagious customer-service ethos and an easy rapport with supporters and potential supporters.

    You will have superlative communication skills, including an excellent telephone manner and good written English. You will have the ability to deal well with all kinds of supporters and are likely to have proven experience working in a customer service environment.

    You will complement your customer focus with a natural attention to detail, strong IT skills and experience of business systems, ideally ThankQ. You will cope well with pressure and the demands of juggling multiple priorities at once.

    Main duties and responsibilities:

     Taking sole responsibility for the reception area of the Trust’s Head Office – ensuring the area is kept clear of clutter and rubbish at all times, and that it is as presentable and welcoming as possible.

    First point of contact for The Message, which will include meeting & greeting visitors and answering any incoming calls ensuring that they are transferred to the appropriate person promptly.

    Supervisor
    To mentor, train and develop staff in financial management and audit skills in order to maximize their potential and provide a professional and technically comprehensive finance service for TMT.
