“I’m usually very strong, I’m not sure what is happening” cried Daryna*, a Ukrainian refugee, as the team listened and prayed with her. She explained how the store had been a life-saver as most of her money was being spent on rent and bills. She was finding it hard to feed herself and her 12-year-old daughter, but because of the Community Grocery, they’ve been able to eat, and eat healthy food.
