About the Role
We are partnering with Beacon Church Blackpool to recruit a dynamic and visionary leader to launch and lead a new Eden team into the Central Drive area of Blackpool. Beacon Church is a church that loves God, loves people and loves Blackpool, led by pioneer minister Adrian Wolton.
Eden is a part of the Message Trust family. We send and support teams of urban missionaries to live sacrificially, share the gospel and build authentic community in areas of deprivation.
You will lead, grow, equip and enable an Eden team (a group of 6-12 volunteer missionaries) to reach local young people and families through personal witness, a missional lifestyle and programmed activities, committing to the pursuit of long-term transformation in the community. You will live incarnationally in the heart of the community. Your employer will be Beacon Church Blackpool but you will also be supported and mentored by the local Eden Manager.
