North West
Since our first days holding youth events at a church in Stockport, The Message has grown and today we’re working with young people across the UK and the globe, but we still call Manchester our home.
To ensure that our home city is ‘kept hot’, we launched our North West hub in 2019 with a team focused solely on making mission happen across Greater Manchester and the rest of the North West. From Eden and bands going into schools to Respect ME and Genetik Sessions, there’s already so much happening here, but we don’t want to stop there.
We want young people to have repeated opportunities to hear the gospel and be able to respond to it for themselves. Find out more about what we’re up to and how you can connect with us below.
Greater Manchester Prayer Youth
We love encouraging and equipping young people in their walk with Jesus so we’ve partnered with our friends at 24-7 Prayer to host another Greater Manchester Prayer Youth gathering on Friday 6 December 2024 from 7:00pm to 9:00pm.
We’d love you to invite along your young people and youth groups for this amazing evening of prayer, worship and crying out to God for revival.

What We Do
Community Groceries
Community Groceries are all about bridging the gap between supermarkets and foodbanks. Using surplus food fresh from local supermarkets, our groceries make the cost of the weekly shop more affordable.

Knife crime and the devastating impact this is having on lives is never far from the headlines today. Something must change, so the No More Knives tour is heading into high schools to show young people there is another way.

Our teams help young people find Jesus in prison and on release assist with housing and jobs through our Message Enterprise Centre, breaking the spiral of reoffending.

Starting The Year With Jesus
Over Christmas, we gave out 2,500 hampers for free and ran gospel events where we saw over 200 people respond to the good news of Jesus!
