‘To get nations back on their feet, we must first get down on our knees’ – Billy Graham
Prayer is central to everything we do at The Message. Will you join us in praying for our world and nation at this time as well as for our work – that we’ll see Jesus known among the hardest-to-reach in our society?
This Week’s Prayer Points
Pray for Eden Down Town East Side as they reach out into one of Canada’s poorest neighbourhoods. Pray that our work in Canada continues to grow, and for Bill Hogg as he leads this charge.
Today is our staff Prayer Day. Even though it looks different to normal please pray for a great day of worship, prayer and encouragement as our team put the day aside to spend time in God’s presence.
As we look to September pray for Message Academy. Pray for the students who are already signed up to spend the year being trained up to share the good news of Jesus and for many more to be called to join us. Interested? Head to academy.message.org.uk
Please pray for the lockdown hunger project. Pray that many churches and schools would come on board and no child would go without this summer. Find to more at lockdownhunger.com
Please pray for our prisons ministry as it expands into Yorkshire. Pray for strengthened relationships with the prisons in this region and for more opportunities for ministry and partnership.
There is a vision for Advance groups in every South American country. Fifteen groups have recently launched in Chile and seven in Cuba. Pray for opportunities to grow this number and launch more groups for evangelists.
Thank God for Paul and the Eden Ragworth and Primrose Hill team (Teesside) who are a significant witness to their community. Pray for all their work from The Shack and for them as they develop new ways to serve their neighbours.
