Message School of Evangelism – FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What support will I receive?

You’ll have the chance to meet with your course leaders on a regular basis, to ask questions, journey with them, be accountable and ensure you are supported. You’ll also be assigned a mentor who will be there to support you and keep you accountable to all that God has called you to do.

Can I attend an Open Day?

Yes, we regularly schedule online open days that last around an hour. During these sessions, you can learn about the school, what it involves, and ask any questions you might have. If you’re based in the UK and would like to visit the school in person, please let us know by emailing [email protected].

Will I get a job/chance to work for The Message at the end?

We do not promise that anyone will get a job with The Message after MSE finishes, but we are committed to helping you find the right way to outwork your gifts in ministry beyond the course. Sometimes that can mean working with The Message, but many students go on to be part of other ministries at the end of the course.

Can I get a part time job?

MSE is a full-time school so there will not be time to find paid work at the same time. It is advised that you try to raise all the money you will need before the start of the year or ask people to sponsor you on a monthly basis to cover your costs. (We have people who will be able to help you with fundraising if you need it.)

Do we get holidays?

We follow UK academic holidays with two weeks off at Christmas and Easter, a weeks half term in October and February, as well as bank holidays.

‘The course equipped me to share the gospel in every context and gave me amazing opportunities to see young people changed by the love of Jesus when saying yes to him’
