Having just separated from her husband, she was struggling financially and looking for ways to help her mental health. Stepping inside the grocery, Christine noticed everyone was full of joy and she immediately felt welcome. Wanting some of that for herself, she signed up to volunteer in the store and ‘it’s been life changing’ for her.
